Refunding orders, not issuing payments

I've ordered twice from forever 21 once was with PayPal and my ordered went through, showing "Pending" in my bank account, but afterwards it was automatically refunded for no apparent reason. I tried the forever 21 app this time without the use of PayPal and my order went through, but only showed "pending" again my bank account, and then afterwards was refunded yet again. I never received an order number or confirmation from forever 21, my orders are not going through.
