Forces you to update app, but no update available.

At sign-in, box pops up requiring new app installation, click on it, only old app still available. Then, unable to sign in on website, claims credentials are wrong. Try to change password, but it won't recognize credentials so it claims you don't exist. 24 hours later, new app still non-existent but able to sign into website, though absolutely no record of my $174 shopping trip yesterday, so no rewards that I was supposed to have earned.
