Digital coupons, shop and earn reward dollars not applying towards purchase

MVP card loaded coupons not being applied to purchase nor shop and earn reward dollars being applied to purchase, and anything bought not being applied to this month's shop and earn. Problems starting 9/1/23 yesterday.
