Unable to login to online account on PC

When I go to login to my account the login button acts like it is working but never logs in.  I have used FireFox, Chrome, and MS Edge browsers and have the same issues.  Left PC for 2 hours and still not logging in.  My cell app works perfectly and this is the only way I can access my account right now.  I have had this problem for almost a week now?  Please fix this.
