unable to log in from any device

It has been two days now since I spoke to the tech support, as usual no call back. When claimed would be contacted within 48 hours of the call.  Been over two days, was told the id's had been deleted. After being in the tech industry for over 30 years would not think it would take more than a few minutes to resolve this issue.
