STILL UNABLE TO LOG INTO WEBSITE! ONLY APP?!?

I have not been able to log into website for my account for over a week! I am able to use the app OCCASIONALLY but not online site just receiving error. Im so over this bank and we are currently looking into a reliable bank that IS ABLE to handle our money! This is a trainwreck of a financial institution!
