Saying app is no longer supported, needs update

The app updated this morning on my phone and is now saying this version is no longer supported and to update the app. Was working fun 2 hours ago when I got off work. Was saying all night that facial recognition and finger print quick login was down and having issues. Now I can't get into my bank at all
