On-going Problem Logging In

Are they ever going to fix?  Or do they want us all to go to another bank.  I couldn't log on with FoxFire for over 6 months.  They had me change browser, which makes no sense, to Chrome because there was a problem with FoxFire compatibility.  Now Chrome won't let me log in.  What the heck is going on.  I'm livid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
