Login screen never completes

For the last few days I discovered that I can only enter the user ID and password from the 5th 3rd website but the the screen stays on thinking mode and never completes the login. I tried Google chrome and firefox from my laptop. Neither browser worked. Other bank logins work from my dell laptop.  My apple tablet however did allow me to login to 5th 3rd with no issues.
