Known problem online banking & no resolution

Have only logged on 3 times in 30 days from PC.  Does not matter what browser I use, or how many times I clear cache, cookies, or even drop the firewall.  Even tried on my Mac - Get either "OOPS" message or 3 dots that hangs Login page and never connects.  It is a known problem, but Customer Service is terrible about call-backs. 

Now paying extra to have bills paid elsewhere (Western Union) or fees if using credit card.!
