Fifth Third is NEVER to blame

One of their ATMs took my card during a transaction, I called and  filed a claim which was denied a week later and made a complaint. I got a call a week later letting me know " I left my card in the ATM" I told them that is not what happened. I told them I no longer need that card or their bank.
