down AGAIN!

down AGAIN - seems like EVERY time I try anymore it just turns into a wait and see game.  I use to be able to log right on.  Ever since COVID I have to try multiple times and at varying times thru out the day.  Sometimes it's best to do it at midnight but that's just ridiculous!  Not sure if it's time to change banks or what.
