Couldn't log in all weekend, still can't.

Can't login on the app or website for the past 3 days. Keeps telling me "Invalid User and password" when my login is literally saved so I can't get it wrong. I try to change my password and get an "Oops" message. I can't even check my balance this is ridiculous.
