I tried logging in and couldn't do it. Went to the bank for help. They had to fix it somehow and were able to log in while at the bank once. The person at the bank said it was because I had a new phone and it may not let me log in for 2 weeks because of having a new phone Bank person said I would be able to log in via their website. Went home and tried login in from my daughter's phone (not a new phone) and via their website from my mobile phone and also from my home desktop and still won't let me log in
