can't login from computer

I was able to login from my phone but not my labtop.  have been on hold for 25 minutes with a message saying it is a 4 min wait time that repeats. Well someone just answered the phone and yes they are having computer issues - the mobile banking app is working but not the www.53.com website.  no eta for repairs.
