Can't login...

Can't login to the website or the app. Tried Forgot Username & Forgot Password but it says my information is wrong or not valid. It's acting like my account doesn't even exist.  Can't get any support (they require you login to talk to a chat representative, and phone support is out of office until tomorrow, they have no email support).
