Can't log into online account, on hold for over an hour calling

I have not been able to access my Fifth Third account online for almost a week now -- get "User ID and Password invalid" -- but are the same credentials I have used since openign the account 13 years ago!  I called the 800 number for customer service and finally gave up after being on hold for more than an hour.  This is getting more than just a bit annoying and it is probably time for me to find a new bank!
