cant log in

Problem ongoing for 2 weeks now.  Was told by 53 rep that they have server problem that started with new phone app.  They don't know when it will be fixed.  "Forgot your log in" method was working but no longer works.  The only way I can log in is on my phone and I hate working with banking on that small screen.  I was able to login on my laptop using my phone as a hotspot but that only worked one time and no longer works now.  Seems like every time you find a work around they screw it up.  I wonder if the lawsuit filed against 53 by CFPA in Dec 2022 has anything to do with this.  I'm in the process of switching to a different bank.
