Attempts made to log into my accounts, prompt tells yo to press the # sign to go to next step to enter code number. Then entering the # sign keeps repeats 3 time and freezes you out. Called 5/3 customer service and they say to change your browser--really? Never had this issue for years and since when can 5/3 tell you not to use the browser you been using for years.
