Customer service said the problem is Microsoft Edge browser. Edge always worked until Sunday 1/22/23. Was able to login once on Monday with old computer running Windows 10, but have not been able to since. New computer has Windows 11 and Edge browser. Old Internet Explorer 11 does not work either. I don't want to put Chrome on my computer and don't want to use unsecured tablet or phone. Wish 5/3 would get their act together. I doubt it's something suddenly on my end.
