I can report the same issue others are reporting: just the three dots after attempting to log in.
My issue has lasted close to two weeks. I contacted customer service, and they stated it was an issue with my computer and not theirs. I repeatedly deleted cookies, cache, etc., without any luck. I also used Developer Mode in Chrome to delete items without any luck.
I have issues with a Mac running Big Sur 11.6.4 using Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.
What I can do: Log in with a mobile Apple device and two Macs using Monterey 12.2.1
I am wondering since I can log in with a newer OS on a Mac, if they are preventing logging in with an older OS (Big Sur is from last year)
Calling customer service was not helpful.
