Can enter username and password. Hit enter and only go to blank screen

I have cleaned out my cache, temporary files, history, etc.  Rebooted my machine.  Still blank screen.  Tried google, internet explorer, firefox - nothing works.  I see a lot of comments.  I called at 8:00am this morning about this.  Is fifth third going to fix it
