On and off issue for 6 weeks. Says I have documents to sign and logs me out, bring me to the website. I have to click on sign documents, and then it says your session has timed out and it looks like something went wrong on our end. I've tried online support and gone to the bank branch. They were not helpful at all and the problem has not been corrected.
