Can’t login to app or online and phone lines down

Can't login to app since 11pm 4/14. 4/15 I still can't login to the app or through a web browse. I tried to call the number provided on the app for assistance and it hangs up on you the send the call goes through or gives a busy signal. I googled the phone number to my branch and tried to call and it says the call can not be completed as dialed and then disconnects. what the hell???
