Can’t deposit to main checking through mobile app. It doesn’t show my main account

Trying to deposit check through mobile app.  My main checking account doesn't show up when I try to do a check deposit.  I had to deposit into my secondary account then transfer it to my main account. Why is my main account not showing up under check deposit. This is a concern for my direct deposits from my employer. What's up
