Authentification failed

One f!*#ing month without being able to log in, says authentification failed but at the phone I was told it suceed, the hell it did. called the bank and  was told to wait 24h and its been several weeks, by email the director checked and does not see any block or issue, this means that the bank itself does not know what to do. Its f!*#ing christmas and I need to know what is happening with my money
