Not updating tracking information; not allowing tracking for more than 2-3 packages

Faranow lets one supply the tracking number for any package and then report updated tracking and delivery information. It is not doing so. Also, it will not accept for tracking more than 2-3 packages. In short, the site is not functioning at all. And there appears to be no way to contact anyone to report the problem.
