suddenly cannot upload photos from my iphone

uploaded a photo this morning, 30 minutes later was not able to upload... tried all day.  "upload failed" is the only response.  i have deleted and reinstalled facebook, checked "settings" to make sure i didnt un"allow" facebook .... turned phone off several times.

i am at a loss....  i am able to download photos using a pc- no issues with this.
