Facebook still down since 12/14/12..only site with issues

I have frontier, northern NY..if i can get facebook to load at all, it only lasts 5 minutes tops, only once or twice a day. No other sites affected, not my pc, or laptop either. Is this facebook or Frontier problem...not earth shattering, simply annoying. parents shut in, how they connect to family at a distance (no, phones not option, severely hard of hearing) I think the world will manage not knowing my thoughts on the day..but does someone have ananswer at the least?
