Unable to access Xfinity email account since January 15, 2015

Spoke with Security technician this morning said Comcast did a system update around January 15, 2015 without notifying subscribers. Told me to switch from Firefox too Gooogle Chrome and to update Java. Updated Java and installed Google Chrome new browser. Still unable to access email for over almost three weeks now.
