Can't Login and Reset Pass isn't working

I am doing a project on weebly and went to log in. It says my username (my email) or password is incorrect. I know my email is correct, so I go to reset my password. Multiple times I'd get an error, saying to try again later. When it would go through, it'd say an email was sent to me but it never has. I've been trying and repeating the process multiple times for three days. I can't log in, and I can't reset my pass word, but I need to get into my account. Help!
