I have been having multiple trouble for WEEKS!!! A variety of crazy things are happening!
1. It is very difficult to get to my email page. I get lots of error messages & must start over again and again. Often I must shut down computer & start again.
2. When at my email, if I click on the 2nd message, the 1st message appears!!! To view new emails, I must trick the computer by clicking on the one below the one I want to see!
3. In sending emails, when I click on TO to get a saved address, a big list comes up & does not go away after I choose the one I need. Then, the list blocks the screen for all other email pages!! The only way to get rid of it is to shut computer down and start again. This big square list of addresses also pops up & WILL NOT GO AWAY if I start to type in an address that is in the saved address book.
4. Reaction time is very SLOW to get anywhere online.
5. All computers in our home & our cellular access to the att site have the same problems.
