Unable to access MY VERIZON - service unavailable

I am in Cleveland Ohio.  I chatted with Verizon.  Here is there response.

VERIZON: I do greatly apologize for the inconvenience this may be causing you, at this time you are unable to access your account as our systems in the Northern Region are currently down which is causing issues on our end to access Northern Region accounts as well as for you to be able to access your account online :( so it isn't just for you but for many customers.

VERIZON: And has been going on since yesterday, our Tech reps are working to get this fixed, but there is currently no estimated fix time.
