Can't register my card online.
I am attempting to log on and register so I can check my card balance etc. I enter all the required fields such as user name, password, phone etc. When I click next I get an error message that says "The specifed URL cannot be found" I tried this last week and the same thing happened. I believe this site to be very buggy and really needs an upgrade. I am not sure if this level of service is due to most people being on a government based income (ie unemployment etc) but every customer deserves a level of service. This site is very outdated and customers really have no option to request better service. Please upgrade this site and provide better service. The only other option is to sign up for direct deposit which may be a better choice. But for your remaining customers, please provide them with a better website and customer service options.
