Login NOT Working

Every time that I go to log in, it keeps telling me that I am typing an improper password and or ID when I have been using the same ID and password for about a year now. When I go to forgot ID it recovers it however, when I go to recover password, it ask for my DOB (mmddyyyy) and when I enter it, it tells me it doesn't recognize me. This is BS I have to check my account daily!
