No email for two days

I cannot access my email on my computer with either Chrome or Internet Explorer. This has been a problem for two days. I can access my email from my cell phone.
I get this message on Chrome -
Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to sz0009.ev.mail.comcast.net. Try reloading: sz0009.ev.mail.comcast.net/zimbra/mail
I try reloading, but nothing changes.
