When the correct username and password is entered, a message appears that says "Enter your valid User ID and Password combination. If you have not registered on this website, select Register."

This only recently started happening that I know of. It will not allow me to log in. Consequently, the only way I have been able to check my account balance is to call the Chase Card number (located on the back of your credit card) and enter the card number and date of birth as requested. Yes, it takes longer, and yes, it is much more inconvenient. They seriously need to fix this issue, or I will be switching my account to a new bank.
