i have called at least 5 times since 1/27. i cannot access email at all from my computer, my apple devices or comcast website. every time i call i'm told the ticket will be escalated. nothing fixed yet. a technician is scheduled to come this thursday, 2/6. i'm in masachusetts. we'll see...
