Photobucket Site down

Since around 8 p.m. 1/21, I've been unable to get the Photobucket site to come up. All I get is a Performance Maintenance page. This is when using IE. When using Chrome, "sometimes" I get the maintenance page; sometimes I get the page for logging in. However, when logging in, then the maintennace page comes up. I understand that others are able to use this site fine, so why can't I?
