mail account lost

From today, 1/22/14 my account st.robin@lycos.com is competely inaccessibe.I tried to log in but could not. I tried to change password but the returned message told me my account did not match any on the system. All was fine yesterday. I have seen more people are experiencing the same problem via various posts on the internet. Please could yoou post an update on your main site to advise on the situation.
