Won't open

I plugged in my username and password, then it sent me to a "we don't recognize this computer" (for the umpteenth time!), it asked a question that I maybe answered incorrectly, then it sent me to a second question, but since I have answered that question UNSATISFACTORILY, I backed up, "correcting" my answer to see if I got it right (I am interested in getting that first question right, for the future!), after that, the IDIOT-SITE (set up by the same IDIOT-COMPANY as brought us OBAMACARE DOT GOV???) began "balking" - not responding one way or the other, or the kind of response you expect from an IDIOT who has been STUMPED to the point of SYSTEM OVERLOAD!!!!!!!
