email finally working, only resolve was password reset

the only way to resolve this problem was to have comcast reset my password. they said there was some 'hiccup' in the system that deleted some passwords. after the reset, i was able to change it back to my original password. NOTE: it did not only reset my email password, but my login password to access my comcast account
