Email Server must be trashed

Left on a cruise 12/26 - email fine.  Came back 12/30 and outlook and xfinity site said my login and password incorrect.  Fools at comcast support reset my password and the same symptoms persist.

 

Don't tell me the folks in support aren't aware of the larger issue so many have reported.  Why not just disclose the issue to the customer?  Why go thru stupid steps to correct?

Took 15 attempts to get to a person on their 866 number.  Kept droping the call when requesting to speak with a support rep.  So glad I have their phone service too.  What's the alternative?  Uverse?  Not hardly.  Bet if my business class account was acting up like this it would be fixed in minutes.

 

Sad really. 

 

Shame on  you comcast.
