Not receiving emails on sbcglobal since about 10:30 CST

Have not received any emails since about 10:30 am CST 12/2/2013. I was able to send out to test if it was just me. That was successful, but nothing incoming. Very frustrating. Especially TODAY of all days - Cyber Monday - where are my email confirmations?
