Can't receive email, but can send. Started 11:30am CST

First noticed when copying myself and not receiving in Outlook. Then checked my phone and not working. Checked web access email and same thing. I can send fine, but do not get any emails. Called AT&T and they said it's a known issue they are working on. Should be repaired within 3 hours.
