pandora one won't open

i accidentally had deleted the app on my iphone 4. ive had a subscription to pandora one for about a year now. when i reinstalled the app, i logged on, and it wont load pandora one, just the normal free version. when i try to upgrade, it says im already subscribed, but then it still wont load pandora one and keeps playing the ads. WHY IS IT DOING THIS
