Packets getting lost to and from CraigsList.org via Comcast networks

Pings will yield intermittent timeouts, and site will not load, or partially load. This appears to be specific to Comcast as I have no issues over a Spectrum networks connection (office), or my Sprint 3G connection on my phone.
I'm on a Comcast Business Class connection at home, were the issue is manifesting itself.
