Cannot login email account since 10/24 night

Called tech support 10/25, and the tech changed around IDs, passwords, etc, and eventually said "AT&T has problem at the moment, just login one hour later, and everything will be working." It's been over 72 hours now, nothing works, and no one cares. It's time to switch.
