No Comcast Servers in California

Although I have internet, when I go to do an Xfinity Speed TEst, there are NO servers in California and my speed is only about 6 MBPS for download and 11 MBPS for uploading! Where are the California servers and what is going on. I called Comcast and all they would tell me is that there are issues being worked on.
