Can't log on to my wireless account

everytime i try to log in to my account (i put my username and password in), another screen pops up that says 'is your myat&t profile up-to-date'.  Then it asks for me to verify my email address and select 2 security questions.  After doing that it brings me back to the main log on page and it just keeps repeating itself.

Is your myAT&T profile up-to-date?
